Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Unopened products — returned within 30 days of delivery in original packaging
  • Damaged shipments — products damaged during transit (photo documentation required)
  • Wrong items received — we'll ship the correct items at no extra cost
  • Quality issues — products not meeting our 99%+ purity standards (lab verification may be requested)
  • Lost packages — packages confirmed lost by the carrier

Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Opened/reconstituted products — once a vial seal is broken, we cannot accept returns for safety reasons
  • Products beyond 30 days — requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Change of mind — unless the product is unopened and returned within 30 days
  • Improper storage — products stored incorrectly by the customer (e.g., exposed to extreme heat)

How to Request a Return or Refund

    Receive Authorization

    We'll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24-48 hours.

    Ship Items Back

    For eligible returns, ship items back with the RMA number clearly marked. We recommend using tracked shipping.

    Receive Refund

    Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card) within 5-7 business days.
  • Store Credit: Opt for store credit and receive an additional 10% bonus on your refund amount.
  • Replacement: For damaged or wrong items, we'll ship replacements at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, quality issue), we cover all shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: For unopened returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
